Some garments arrive at Kaftan World as freesize, but as they come from different countries from around the Globe, they do tend to vary slightly from range to range. The additional size range information which is provided allows Kaftan World customers to order with confidence. Where appropriate sizes will be given.
Some Ordering at Kaftan World is easy. When you want to purchase a product, simply select the quantity required using the drop down menus in the on line catalogue, then click the 'order now' button and you will be taken to the checkout page where you can view your list of purchases.
Enter your name and address details for deliveries, then click the proceed button, your details and the details of the order including delivery charges are presented and you now have the option to print your order and send a cheque or use the secure on-line payment facilities. (We recommend that you print this order and retain it for your records)
If you elect to use the secure on-line facilities, you will be transferred to our secure encrypted facility where you may continue to select your chosen currency (GBP, Euro or US Dollar).
Enter your card details, and other information, then click the make payment button whereupon if accepted you will receive a confirmation of your order.

Postage & packing charge
Uk Orders under £40 postage is £2.65, over is £3.25
Europe Orders under £40 postage is £3.45, over is £4.85
Rest of the World Orders under £40 postage is £6.50, over is £8.95
Your order is processed as soon as your payment is received; most orders in the UK are delivered to the customer within 2 days! During busy periods, and especially in the run up to Christmas, please allow an extra few days.
