1.0 Privacy Policy
Kaftan World is 100% committed to protecting your privacy. The information collected about you when you purchase through the shopping cart is used to process your order and nothing else.
Kaftan World does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
2.0 What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with the items you have ordered, you have 10 days to return the item to Kaftan World. Return postage charges are the responsibilty of the customer and all returns must be authorised. Unauthorised returns are not accepted. In the event of an order being incorrect, we will immediately exchange the item for you without charge. All returned items must be unused and undamaged.
Customised orders may not be returned or exchanged, unless the goods are faulty. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
3.0 What if I want to cancel my order?
If you have paid by credit card and wish to cancel your order, then provided your order has not been despatched (usually within 7 days of placing the order), you will be refunded the full cost of your order.
4.0 What if I have a complaint?
Kaftan World is committed to providing not only the highest quality garments, but also the very best in customer service. Due to the tremendous amount of handcrafting involved in some of the garments it is sometimes difficult to duplicate the exact shade & pattern, as a result there may be a degree of natural variation in each garment. This website attempts to represent the colours as accurately as possible but much will depend upon the individual settings of your monitor.
If you are unhappy with either the garments or the service you have received from Kaftan World, please contact us by emailing complaints@kaftanworld.com or telephone 01461 201613 within 10 days of receiving your order. Your queries will be acknowledged within 5 days and if it is not possible to resolve your query immediately, you will be informed of the timescale anticipated to resolve the problem.
Quality of customer service is our absolute top priority and all complaints and queries will be answered efficiently. You will be kept fully informed of the progress of your query via email.
